Youth Services
Youth Services is responsible for reference and reading assistance to patrons from birth through High School, and to their parent, guardian or caregiver.

Programs are offered year round, in three major sections:
Fall Session (September-December)
Spring Session (January to May)
Summer Session or Summer Reading Program (June –August). Summer Reading Program has age groups, covering birth through 8th grade.
The programs during the Spring and Fall Sessions are for any age unless stated otherwise.
Reading Time is held each Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Youth Services Room. All ages welcome.
The Youth Services staff also provides access for patrons to games, including checkers and chess, which may be played in the Youth Services Room.
The Youth Services Staff also visits the schools at least once each year to promote the Summer Reading Program. Groups are welcome to call and arrange times for tours and Library Instruction with the Youth Services Staff.
